How to delete your account

1. In the Sayo app: go to Me → Settings → Your data → Delete account, then type your username (or your email if you signed in with a social account and have no username) to confirm.
2. Your data is deleted after 30 days. While you wait you cannot study; to keep your account, sign in to the app again and choose Cancel deletion.
3. Students in grades 1–9 linked to a parent or guardian: ask them to delete the account in their app. Without a linked guardian you can delete it yourself as above. The guardian chooses Delete my child's account on the child's data screen, and is the one who can cancel that request.
